Product Name : Artificial Golf Turf  Nylon66

Our Artificial Turf compare with normal Nylon 6 turf:

1. We use nylon66 turf which is very unique as nylon6 melting point is 230 and nylon66 is 268.

    The nylon6 turf will go thinner after 6 month use and the turf will stick on the iron shift.  The 2

    Tons hitting golf force consume nylon6 turf very very fast.

2. We use rubber foam + pvc for turf base, it can absorb hitting force completely.

3. We use Pu as tufting base as tufting base, which hold the turf quite tie.

4. China maker use labor to complete whole procedures, we use machine to do the adhesive,

    cutting, foaming etc.   which bring the consistent quality for you.

5. China product use after 6  month it will broken owing to bobble between foaming and

     pvc.   Which problem can be solving by machine adhesive.

6. The stitch turf cloth should be use Polyester, which China use P.P. which will cause easy

    broken.
